In 2016, Tran announced a new business venture ‘Slate Cafe’ and entered the fast moving world of hospitality alongside her entrepreneurial family.
The vision was to create a space everyone could enjoy as their second home. Every piece of wood was hand crafted, every tile laid and every recipe carefully created from scratch.
Proving yet again, her ability to thrive and succeed in a dynamic market, the cafe shot to stardom with food bloggers and locals alike.
The cafe has been created on 7 acres of sprawling property in the beautiful tourist hot spot of the thriving Swan Valley. Catering for families and couples through to kids and pets, the cafe is a place that everyone can simply relax, play and eat delicious food.
The coffee menu is beyond impressive with more options than you could dream of. And the food? Authentic, fragrant Vietnamese with homegrown favourites to cater for everyone. The food uses only the freshest market ingredients from farm to table.
